One plan, every feature

R12.50

per unit a month

For a scheme of up to 100 units, for the first six months. Then R15.00. Nothing is added for VAT.

The rate per unit per month

Introductory for six months, then the standard rate

The whole scheme pays its band's rate on every unit, counted from the register. Pay a year in advance and the introductory rate covers all twelve months of the first year.

A scheme never pays less than a smaller scheme: where a cheaper band starts, the charge stays at the previous band's top until the rate catches up. A managing agent's schemes are counted together for the rate.

How billing works

One estate, one subscription

Per unit, by the register

The next invoice follows the unit count in the scheme's register, and a scheme that grows into a larger band pays that band's rate on every unit.

Monthly or a year in advance

Pay monthly or a year in advance, by EFT against an invoice or by card. The yearly invoice is pro-rated to the scheme's financial year, so renewals fall inside the budget the AGM approves.

No VAT charged

Nanotech Computers is not registered for VAT, so nothing is added to any price. If registration ever becomes compulsory, VAT would be added at the standard rate with 60 days' notice.

A 10-day free trial

Every feature, with your own scheme and no card. Use it to set up the register and rehearse a meeting before you subscribe.

Managing agents

Every scheme you manage is counted together for the rate, on one invoice itemised per scheme, so that each scheme can be recharged its share.

Residents are never charged

The subscription belongs to the estate. Owners, tenants and trustees sign in without a subscription of their own.

Pilot schemes

Run your next AGM with us alongside

If a scheme holds its annual general meeting in the next three months, run it on Estate Manager with us beside you, from the register to the minutes.

We ask for honest feedback on what worked and what did not, and agree the pilot's terms with you on a call.

Questions

Questions about pricing

Anything else: ask us when you book a demo, or write to info@nanotech-computers.com.

Why per unit?
Because the work a scheme does grows with its units: more owners to notify, more proxies to check and more votes to count. Pricing per unit keeps a small scheme's bill small and lets a large one pay a lower rate.
What happens after six months?
A monthly subscription moves from the introductory rate to the standard rate from its seventh month. A subscription paid a year in advance keeps the introductory rate for the whole first year, and renews at 10 per cent less than twelve monthly payments.
What if our unit count changes?
The next invoice follows the unit count in your register. A scheme that grows into a larger band pays that band's rate on every unit, and never less than a smaller scheme would.
What if we change managing agent?
The subscription stays with the scheme. From the next invoice it is counted with the new agent's portfolio, or billed to the scheme on its own.
Is VAT charged?
No. Nanotech Computers is not registered for VAT, so nothing is added to any price. If registration ever becomes compulsory, VAT would be added at the standard rate with 60 days' notice.
Can we cancel?
A monthly subscription can be cancelled at the end of any month. A year paid in advance is refunded in full within 14 days of the first invoice. In South Africa a consumer, a natural person who buys as the end user, may also cancel within seven days of the agreement, without reason or penalty, and be refunded in full within 30 days, unless the service began with their consent before then (ECTA section 44). General information, not legal advice.
Does the price include accounting?
No. Estate Manager does not keep scheme accounts. Levies, statements and arrears stay in the managing agent's accounting system.
